Registered seat and registration
Schultz-Süchting Lawyers is a Partnership with limited professional liability according to the requirements of the Partnership Act (Partnerschaftsgesellschaftsgesellschaftsgesetz), with its seat in Hamburg and registered in the Register
of Partnerships at the Local Court of Hamburg (Amtsgericht) under Number PR 783.
According to sec. 8 para. 4 PartGG the liability of the partnership to creditors for damages arising from professional negligence is limited to the assets of the partnership, if the partnership holds a professional liability insurance required by law for this purpose. For the professional liability insurance sec 113 para 3 and sec. 114 to 124 of Versicherungsvertragsgesetz apply accordingly.

Professional Liability Insurance
Schultz-Süchting Rechtsanwälte Part mbB hold a professional liability insurance, which complies with the requirements of sec. 59 j para. 1 and 2 BRAO. The agreed minimum value is 2.500.000,00 EUR per insured event. The maximum annual benefit is at least the fourfold amount of the agreed minimum value; cf. Sec. 59 j BRAO for details.
